Flagging subtitles incorrectly

I did a translation of the Mandarin version of "The Monkey King 2" , 2016, and someone (UncleAndy) flagged it as "bad" probably thinking it was lame attempt at a transcription of the English dubbed version. Has this happened to anyone, before? And what's the procedure for removing the false flag? Or, better yet preventing flagging in the first place to avoid misleading the downloaders.
