Hi everyone, some new Korean dramas now have 2 episodes per day of 30 mins each. Most of the torrent downloads combines both episodes into 1 video file. But the subtitles here are still in single episodes .srt files. How do we go about inserting these single episode subtitle files into a double episode video file?
Some subtitles have the title, E1-E2 but once downloaded it's in 2 different .srt files. How would this work for a combined single video E1-E2 file that runs for an hour?
Please make a request through the uploader, maybe they will upload the single episode version in subscene :)
I see, but do you mean put a comment at the bottom of one of the subtitle download pages? I have done that. Just wondering though how everyone else is doing it and wondering if other people are having this problem as well or if they have a way around it.
Yeah or you can message the uploader personally and request the subtitle.
Another way is combining the subtitle with subtitle program such as subtitle edit, aegisub or other subtitle program, resync the second episode and combine it with first episode yourself, test it by playing it with your fav video player, pretty much easy to learn too and fun too.
But after recombined it yourself and you decided to upload the combined version to subscene, please remember to add credit for original uploader since the subtitles are from the uploader :)
