Missing subtitles??

I was tryig to find subs for 4th season of New Amsterdam but even if the season just ended, I only get arabic and Farsi subs?? All english and other languages are not there? Is it my rig that has a problem or have others experienced this?? I cleared cache and restarted Firefox and the PC. Just remembered to try Chrome as well thinking this could be a Firefox issue but same (missing) results.
