I want to know if it's possible for me to make money, translating movies and uploading back files to the domain, and how does this process go?
I'll be thankful if somebody answers this with some details if possible.

the answer is very simple : Not Possible
uploader can simply download from existing Sub steal / edit / upload again.
so it obv unfair to Translators who put their time & love to make life easy for us.
God, even when free the amount of competition is already bad enough, imagine if you can make profit off of it.
the free content is already plenty enough, sure you can try to ask for donation but i don't think many will donate, you could also sub by request (people pay you money to translate)
but if you really want to make money from subtitling it's much better for you to go professional by applying like at https://www.sdimedia.com/careers/ or just do it for fun and make money elsewhere
