How to Rate and Uploader -- A TOTALLY Newb Question

Howdy all. : ) I have a TOTALLY "newb" question for someone to (hopefully) answer.

Anyway, I have been using Subscene for quite a few years now. Of course, at first as a "non-registered' "Guest"

Now, I have figured out how to "comment" on a specific Sub's Thread... BUT!!

...BUT!!! I cannot, for the life of me, figure out HOW to actually "RATE" an UL'ers... ...errrr... UL!!

So please, go easy on me and HOPEFULLY, this will help someone else, in the future. : )

Ah, MAN!!! HOW did I miss that "good/bad" "pop-up" when downloading the Subs??

That was a TOTAL "Derp!" move on my part. Simply going through the motions TOO quickly...

Now the OTHER methods are a bit "deeper" and I COMPLETELY appreciate the "visuals" (pictures) showing how and where these options are located.

That didn't answer the question... How do I rate using numbers. Like 10 or 9???

The rating is only 2 options: Good or Bad.
